Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence between leadership style on organizational commitment, leadership style on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and leadership style on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. The population in this study were 100 respondents from PDAM Malang City. The data analysis method used was path analysis. The results of the study stated that all paths were significant.
