Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The population of respondents is 55 people in the "Sugar Factory of the New Islamic Boarding School" Kediri. While the data collection method is using a questionnaire, namely a list of questions distributed to respondents. Furthermore, the results of the study show that there is a significant effect between motivation, organizational culture and the environment on employee performance.
