Pelatihan Pengurusan SPP-IRT Bagi Industri Rumah Tangga
Abstract
Small-scale businesses or what are usually categorized as micro, small and medium enterprises are growing rapidly, and are turning into the main pillars of the current Indonesian economy. Food home industry has a place of business in the residence with manual to semi-automatic food processing equipment. Although home-based businesses are growing rapidly, the home industry food licensing certificates are not fully owned by business people. This is due to the lack of knowledge of business actors about the benefits and importance of the certificate for their business. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge to business people about the benefits, requirements, and procedures for administering a home industry food licensing certificate, as well as providing guidance and assistance for proposing the certificate to the health office. The results of the service show that after training and mentoring, knowledge about the benefits, requirements, procedures for administering a home industry food licensing certificate has increased by 4,19% (good). With this increased understanding, 60% of participating in the training can complete the requirements for the proposal, and are ready to apply for the home industry food licensing certificate
