Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the direct effect of entrepreneurial values, motivation on business strategies, examine the direct effect of business strategies on business performance and the indirect effect between entrepreneurial values ​​and motivation on business performance through business strategies. The sample in this study was 68 MSMEs in Batu City with the data collection method being a questionnaire. After analysis shows that all items are valid and reliable. Based on the results of the analysis also showed that all paths are significant. Suggestions in this research are training / workshops on entrepreneurs so as to create enthusiasm and motivation to continue to grow and be able to add insight and knowledge so that the business can run smoothly
