IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI KLPCM BERBASIS WEB UNTUK MEMPERCEPAT WAKTU PENGEMBALIAN DRM RAWAT INAP KE RUANGAN PERAWAT DI RSUDKOTA MALANG
AbstrakAbstract. One of the reports that must be made by the medical record assembling section is the percentage of incomplete filling of inpatient medical record (DRM RI) in the form of a percentage of KLPCM (Incompleteness of Medical Records Completion). The percentage of KLPCM in Malang City Hospital reached 31%. This was because the officers still used Microsoft Excel and wrote one incomplete item which was then pasted on the medical record, so the document taked longer to return to the nurse’s office to be completed. This study aims to implement a web-based KLPCM application to accelerate the return of inpatient medical record to the nurse’s office in Malang City Hospital. The research design used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the One Group Pretest Posttest approach. The research variable was the time to return the inpatient medical record to the nurse's office measured before and after using the web-based KLPCM application. The total sample of each were 20 inpatient medical record for the measurement of time before and after using the KLPCM application, with the sampling method by quota sampling. The average measurement results of returning the inpatient medical record to the nurse's office using Microsoft Excel was 729.55 seconds (12.15 minutes) per- document, while using the web-based KLPCM application was 319.3 seconds (5.32 minutes) per- document. The results of the independent T-test show that there was a difference in the average time for returning the inpatient medical record to the nurse's office between using Microsoft Excel and the KLPCM web-based application, with sig. p = 0,000 (<0.05). It was recommended that this web-based KLPCM application could be used in assembling medical record documents, so as to reduce the percentage of KLPCM in Malang City Hospital.
