Quality of human resources will determine the success of the company in preparing plans, carrying out operational activities and controlling the course of the company in order to achieve the goals set by the company. The population in this study is Company Employees in the Pasuruan Regency Area. The data collection method uses interviews with respondents and the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the study show that all paths in path analysis are positive and significant. While the suggestions are: Pay more attention to the quality of the Job Assessment and provide opportunities to develop themselves, maintain programs that have been designed.
