 Technological developments have developed rapidly in the era of globalization. This includes information and communication technology in the health sector. Many hospitals are still not maximal or fully utilize or develop existing communication and health information technology. The concept of medical record unit information is one unit that has important meaning in conducting medical information services, as learning medical record information that can be described in the form of a flowmap system. Flowmap is a graphical representation of the steps and sequence of procedures of a program. Flowmap is useful for helping analysis and programmers to solve problems into smaller segments and help in making grooves. Flowmap functions to connect between actors, processes, and data flow both in the form of output or input. Produce information related to [1] Input of outpatient and inpatient data, starting from the start with information on basic patient input data and then getting a medical record number and data stored as a database. [2] Coding patient diagnosis. Data verification is done so that data can be printed / entries. [3] Reports, data is processed using the Tracking system. Data is differentiated according to the type of service provided to patients. From the results of the analysis of the processing of graph data produces information about the patient's identity. There are differences between the two graphs, namely the origin of the hospital, the name of the doctor, initial symptoms, examination of the diagnosis code, follow-up treatment, and method of payment.
