SMP PGRI Jabung Malang is one of the schools in Malang district. Student Administration Management that is applied in still using the conventional system. Several things include the student registration process, and the recording of student data in the master book is done manually, so that problems arise delays in data entry, data loss, redudancy and ineeeicient. This causes the performnaceof school servive is not optimal.In this study created a webbased student administration management application that can be used to fill in the master book, the student’s grades in SMP PGRI Jabung Malang. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the stages of data collection, analysis and design system, testing and implementation system. The result showed that this aplication make it easy to fill in the master book and student data, as well asreduce the risk of data loss and redudancy, as well as slow processing
