Abstract

In the business world, the role of a sales assistant is very important in promoting and selling company products. PT. Prime Line International is a manufacturing company that manufactures and sells men's formal wear products. The company relies heavily on the role of sales assistant for the sales process in all branch stores. To improve sales assistant performance, the company provides monthly incentives using several predetermined criteria. In practice, the provision of these incentives is not optimal because they are not based on the performance of each employee, and are not based on achieving targets that have been given by the company. The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system for providing incentives for employees using the simple additive weighting method so that incentives are in accordance with the specified criteria. Because the role of a sales assistant is very important in the sales process, an application for achieving sales targets based on Android mobile is needed so that companies can find out the level of achievement of targets from employees to optimize incentives. The results of the research show that the application for achieving sales targets based on Android mobile has succeeded in becoming a media reminder for sales assistants to meet sales targets as well as increasing the level of accuracy in giving employee incentives from the previous 82% to 100%.
