The existence of good quality human resources is very important to support the work ethic in the organization. If without quality human resources, it can be said that an organization will find it difficult to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study is to determine simultaneously and partially the Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Motivation affect the performance of employees at the local coffee production center "Jaran Goyang" in the traditional tourist village of Banyuwangi Regency. The population in this study were all employees in the Jaran Goyang coffee production center, amounting to 47 people with the sampling technique that is as many as 47 saturated samples. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Work Environment, work discipline, and motivation simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on employee performance at the local coffee production center "Jaran Goyang" in the traditional tourism village of Kemiren, Banyuwangi Regency. Work Environment Variable is the most dominant influence on employee performance at the local coffee production center "Jaran Goyang" in the traditional tourism village of Kemiren, Banyuwangi district.
