Abstract

Abstract:. HCI originates from five units in the medical record which consists of searching medical record data, input patient data, doctor's data, patient history card, and supporting report recap which consists of attribute attributes. The biggest use is the symbol of the process with a percentage of 50%. Continued symbol decision with a percentage of 23%, end 4%, start 3%, and a percentage of 10% the use of data and document input symbols. Start by inputting the patient's medical record number. Giving the patient's medical record number is done when the patient begins to enter new health services such as health centers and hospitals. There is a medical record number that has a choice between 1 medrec and 2 medrec. Stages of the menu in the menu stage input data needed in patient examination. Data input such as medical action, ICD 10, ICD 9, and doctor data then processed into doctor data. from this doctor's data you can see therapeutic data or history data, diagnoses, procedures that both lead to patient tracking, disease, and visit data. the report stage in the report phase is input report after the patient has done the examination. Stage of registration report on the radiology unit. In this report phase, report printing is carried out on the radiology unit. The stages of treatment at this stage are classifying patients doing inpatient or outpatient care. the number of attribute entities associated with 5 units which includes finding medical record data, input patient data, doctor's data, patient history card, and supporting report recap. The biggest progress is the medical record number with a percentage of 15%. Continued names of patients and poly with a percentage of 9% and doctors with a percentage of 6%. In addition to the entities mentioned above, they have a percentage of 3%.
