Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Pegawai Terbaik di Kecamatan Singosari Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)
Abstract
Human resources play a crucial role in optimizing the productivity of public service institutions, such as the Singosari District Office in Malang Regency. The existing semi-manual employee evaluation process is prone to calculation errors, human error, and slow data recapitulation. To address these issues, this study developed a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. Within this system, AHP consistently determines criteria weights, while SAW calculates final preference values to rank employees quickly and objectively. Built using PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework, the system effectively enhances evaluation accuracy and transparency. Based on SAW calculations, alternative A5 emerged as the top-performing employee with the highest score of 0.985. System evaluation via Black Box Testing confirmed that all functions are valid, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) demonstrated a 94% user acceptance rate, placing it in the "excellent" category.
