Pengembangan Potensi Desa Argoyuwono Melalui Media Digital
Abstract
Argoyuwono Village is located in Ampelgading District, Malang Regency. This village has significant potential in the economic, social, educational, and tourism sectors. Its strategic location near the Bromo-Tengger-Semeru National Park makes it rich in natural scenery and abundant agricultural produce. However, this potential has not been optimally managed. The goal of this program is to empower the community through training, economic development, and creative media-based tourism promotion. One of the main focuses of this program is the revitalization of the Jawar Temple tourist area, which has potential and natural attractions. The program's implementation includes tourism management training, digital content creation for promotion, and the installation of information facilities in the tourist area. With this approach, it is hoped that the community will become more aware of their village's potential and be able to manage the tourist destination independently. This program has succeeded in improving community skills and local tourist attractions. Through broader promotion and local government support, Argoyuwono Village is expected to develop into a sustainable and competitive tourist destination. Overall, this program was realized at 95%, with the main obstacle of 5% due to the Instagram account, the main promotional tool, being hacked. As a result, the promotional finalization, which involved publishing the video on social media, could not be carried out as planned. However, the promotional video was still completed, reaching the production stage, and public education on media management went according to plan.
