Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat secara digital untuk mengatasi masalah hilangnya dokumen, lambatnya disposisi, dan sulitnya pelacakan surat di SMKN Y. Sistem dirancang dengan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall dan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML), mencakup fitur pengelolaan surat masuk/keluar, disposisi digital oleh kepala sekolah, validasi oleh Wakil Kepala Sekolah (WAKA), serta rekap laporan otomatis. Evaluasi menggunakan Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) menunjukkan skor kepuasan 90% (kategori "sangat layak"), membuktikan sistem ini efektif meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses persuratan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem terkomputerisasi ini berhasil mengurangi human error dan mempercepat siklus pengelolaan surat dibanding metode manual sebelumnya.
