Improving information technology has become the main key in advancing various economic sectors, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In the midst of the current digital era, UMKM in Malang City must be able to utilize information technology effectively to increase their competitiveness and operational efficiency. Training in this field is very important so that UMKM can understand and implement information technology optimally according to their business needs.

In this context, the information technology training in question is Microsoft Word (Ms. Word) training. This Community Service Activity emphasizes training on the use of Microsoft Word for UMKM throughout the Greater Malang area, as well as how applying this knowledge can help improve operational efficiency and business competitiveness. The aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and understanding to business people or UMKM throughout Malang Raya, about the importance of Ms. Word to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness of UMKM, as well as increase knowledge and skills on how to operate Ms. Word and apply it in business activities and reporting.

As a result of this training, UMKM can create simple business report formats, which can still be developed based on the needs of the business they manage. So they can increase their operational efficiency and competitiveness.
