Optimalisasi Media Online untuk Meningkatkan Jangkauan Informasi dan Dakwah Digital pada Masjid Baiturrahmah Kota Malang

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged religious institutions to utilize online media as a means of information dissemination and digital da’wah. However, the use of social media at Masjid Baiturrahmah, Malang City, had not been managed optimally, limiting the reach of information and documentation of mosque activities. This community service program aimed to optimize online media as a platform for information dissemination and digital da’wah through a Participatory Development and Optimization Approach. The program consisted of needs analysis, social media development planning, content implementation, and performance evaluation. The optimization focused on Instagram and TikTok through content structuring, visual branding improvement, content calendar development, and digital content publication. The results indicate that the optimization successfully improved the performance of the mosque’s social media platforms. Instagram achieved 138,629 views, reached 73,862 accounts, generated 4,508 engagements, and increased to 3,600 followers. Meanwhile, TikTok generated 233,000 views, 5,600 likes, 222 comments, and 818 shares. These findings demonstrate that social media optimization effectively expanded the reach of mosque information and increased audience engagement. Furthermore, the program contributed to strengthening the capacity of mosque administrators in managing digital communication in a more structured and sustainable manner.
